Stoner to miss Brno for surgery

Casey Stoner will miss MotoGP's race at Brno and instead travel to Australia for surgery on his damaged ankle. The Australian had been due to re-assess his injuries in Friday practice, but has instead been advised by his doctors to have surgery.
