NASCAR heads to Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, NC�this weekend. Both the�Nationwide�and�Sprint Cup Series�will be racing at the 1.5 mile track.�The�Nationwide Series�will run the Dollar General 300�on Friday ? while the�Sprint Cup�teams hit the track on Saturday night for the Bank of America 500.
The Camping World Truck Series is off this weekend, they return at Talladega next weekend.
This is the fifth race of the�Sprint Cup Series Chase,�where twelve drivers battle to become this years champion. Matt Kenseth is still the points leader after winning the first two races of the Chase, but Jimmie Johnson is now within 3 points of the lead. Both Kevin Harvick and Jeff Gordon gained positions last weekend at Kansas and are sitting third, and fourth in the standings. Kyle Busch lost two positions, putting him -35 points behind Kenseth in fifth.
